These Terms govern your use of KHAN STRUCTURE products — KhanSniper Lite (TradingView), KhanSniper Pro + Real Boost (TradingView), and the MT5 EA Real Boost (beta). By subscribing or using the service you accept these Terms.

Risk disclaimer. KHAN STRUCTURE is an educational trading framework. Trading leveraged instruments (XAU, FX, crypto, indices) carries substantial risk and may result in the loss of all deposited capital. Past performance, including any backtest or live numbers shown on this site, is not indicative of future results. Trade at your own risk.

1. Service description

The TradingView plans are delivered as invite-only Pine Scripts on TradingView. The MT5 EA is delivered as a compiled .ex5 / .mq5 file. Each plan is licensed to a single subscriber.

2. Subscription & payment

Pricing is monthly: KhanSniper Lite $15 / month, KhanSniper Pro + Real Boost $20 / month. The MT5 EA Real Boost is in live testing — pricing announced after beta.
Payment is accepted in USDT on the BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain) network only. Sending USDT on a different network may result in permanent loss.
Access is granted within 24 hours after on-chain confirmation of payment and submission of your TradingView/Telegram username.

3. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel anytime by stopping payment for the next billing cycle. There are no auto-renewal lock-ins. Because access is granted in monthly increments, partial-month refunds are not provided. You retain full access until the end of the cycle for which you have paid.

4. Acceptable use

The Pine Script and EA are licensed to a single user. Sharing your invite, distributing the .mq5 file, decompiling, or republishing the source is prohibited and will result in immediate access revocation.
You may not use the script/EA to provide signal services to third parties without prior written consent.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on this site, in the indicator, or in any communication from KHAN STRUCTURE constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for trading decisions and outcomes. Consult a licensed financial advisor before risking capital.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability of the TradingView script and EA, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. TradingView platform downtime, broker outages, internet interruptions, or third-party API changes may affect signal delivery or execution.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KHAN STRUCTURE is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the most recent monthly subscription fee paid.

8. Anti-scam & impersonation

Official communication occurs only through the channels listed on the support section. Admins never DM first to request payment, wallet details, or private keys. Report impersonator accounts to the official Telegram.

9. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes are announced on the official Telegram and reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
